OSTEOPRAT ENGLAND / Cranio-Fascial Osteopathy : Theory / Practise / Formation / Teaching

PRACTISE

SENSORIAL PRACTISE Training in sensorial practise.

Two axis:
Perception of others.
The hand is the perception organ used by the osteopath. It is in relation with the cerebral cortex which process the afferent information and bring to therapeutical action. The hand is also a sensorial contact which allows the usage of the other sensorial organs at the same time.
The perception of ourself.
The body of the therapist is also considered as a perception organ. It is therefore important that the body is grounded, ready for the movement, in a receptive state of sensorial reawakening.
The exploration of all this sensorial possibilities enrich all perception tools , increases the number of receptors and allows a more subtle and complete work on the tissues. This allows to go further to the typical “hand-cortex” combination to become “body- cortex”.
The practical training will be carried out :
through real situation of sensorial palpation
between therapist feedback
The training will be carried out with volunteer patients during individual and group experiments.

OSTEOPATICA PRACTISE Training for osteopathic practise:

The pratical part will guide us . It will be executed through consultation (students and external patients), with more hands, refering to perception feedback between practitioners.
To experiment and to perceive the theoretical part.
Training in diagnostical procedure:
Osteopathic techniques: Diagnosis: tecniques of perception and dating. Treatment: indirect technique of perception.

THERAPEUTICAL PRACTISE Training in practical relationship.

The therapeutical relationship allows the dialogue between therapist and patient.
What is the Question, the needs of the patient? How to be in relation with the person? What to say? Which protections? Etc.
The therapeutical relation can be considered as a real tool which is complementary with the osteopathic technique.
Subjects:
contract,
protection,
relational circuit,
therapeutical circuit,
verbalization.
