OSTEOPRAT ENGLAND / Cranio-Fascial Osteopathy : Theory / Practise / Formation / Teaching

Christophe GUIMOND
Ostéopathe D.O.

My professional career was marked by important meetings and experiments:

The European school of Osteopathy of Maidstone in England: A teaching that because of the diversity and the temperament of English, French and Belgian speakers, pioneers of osteopathy in Europe, was rich with exchanges.

Post-graduate formation and the experience of the CPH ( centre for health care and training in Crânio-Fasciale Osteopathy - Morbihan): I acquired there the bases of crânio-fasciale approach, tested and explored the treatment with several experts and, as a co-organizer of a course of biomechanics, carried out a research task on the architectural bond.

The engagement in work of health care and research, lasting nearly 10 years, with two experts, where we explored this approach crânio-fasciale and defined together the concept of "original zone of programming" crânio-sacrale.

The School of Analysis Compromise of Grabels (Herault): where I acquired the bases of this "humanistic and contractual" approach of human relations, essential to allow this benevolent listening to the person, and for this component of " guidance" of our profession.

And finally the meeting with "sensorial listening" while with Loucine & company, where I discovered a splendid opening tool for the relation with the other, a means of developing a subtle perception, real and powerful, often astonishing, a essential component of our trade.

Thanks therefor to my Masters and my Peers, and even if I did not always share all their values, I want to recognize here their importance to me of all of them.
